Progettato da Carlo Gatteschi nel 1854 è sede ormai da oltre un secolo e mezzo di importanti manifestazioni culturali e teatrali. Di proprietà dell'Accademia degli Arditi, ubicato in piazza Signorelli proprio dove si trovava l'antica chiesa di S. Andrea, fu progettato in perfetto stile neoclassico. La sua loggia ha sette arcate ed internamente due file di otto pilastri con copertura a volte lunettate. Intensa e di qualità è sempre stata la sua consona attività ; da molti anni è anche adoperato come cinema, caffè e sala convegni.
